Did you find all the artifacts and relics in each level and picked up all the medipacks and ammo?

You have to pick up every medipack and ammo clip too? Well, looks like I'm gonna be revisiting a few levels.

I don't know what you're playing on...but if you pause the game and select Level Statistics, that should tell you what you've picked up or used
