Jolie turns down Oprah charity request

Angelina Jolie has allegedly rebuffed a request from Oprah Winfrey to support her charity work in Africa.

The American talk show host is currently helping to establish a new school for promising girls on the continent and reportedly wanted Jolie to participate in the project but the Tomb Raider actress turned her down.

An insider told Star magazine “Oprah thought Angelina would jump at the chance because she knows how much Angelina loves Africa. Oprah says it’s the last time she’ll ask Angelina to help with any of her causes.â€Â

Another source revealed: “Angelina has never forgiven Oprah for siding with Jennifer Aniston after Brad Pitt split from Jen."

Oprah should have known better than to take sides. I am sure AJ would have loved to work on the project if Oprah had not done that show just for Jenn. Stupid Oprah!

Oprah has more money than AJ and more money than any other woman in the business;

she can finance the entire project herself!!

I guess AJ does so much charity work of her own and has her own projects to think about etc. that she just wants to concentrate on that, as well as her family, at the moment.

She's quite within her rights to turn Oprah down and I think she did the right thing.

Oprah's so far up her own a**, she probably forgot she even asked her.

lol very funny larsonsmother i think she was right to turn her down as well, Angie would have probubly done it if it wasnt Opra that askd her. Like larson said she also has her own family now and her own projects to think about.
