Finished already? Wow! Marathon gaming huh?

Did a bit of that last night but I'm going to take a while longer to finish since I'm doing a lot of sidequests: for the moment I'm teaming up with Bane and attempting to locate the psycho Zasz.

I'm also going to download Catwoman's playable character too.

Yep, finished the story -- I couldn't stop playing really, lol. I'm working on the side missions now -- I've stopped Zsasz, Deadshot, the Identity Thief, saved a few of Riddler's Hostages and other things. To unlock more of Riddler's Hostages you need to collect the riddler trophies and solve his riddles before his radio transmission will play the next riddle for the box.

I take it you can continue with the sidequests once your done with the main story line?

Playing as Catwoman pretty much runs along the game's main storyline and thus crosses paths with the going-ons with Batman: there was this once instance where Catwoman has to decide whether or not to help/rescue Batman --- the choice was yours --- and I chose the former; I'm now wondering how Batman could have gotten out of this particular situation had I chosen the latter.

Catwoman's very nimble and agile in contrast to Batman who's quite heavy and cumbersome to control.

At the moment, I'm having problems locating Freezes' wife Nora --- the area Freeze has given is quite large.... I guess more exploration is called for.

BTW, this game is epic, GOTY material --- this is far, far better than Batman: Arkham Asylum! What will Rocksteady do for another encore I wonder?

Yep, all side missions can be continued after the game is finished, and you can alternate between Batman and Catwoman in areas where you see a cat icon. There will also be two cats sitting there in that position.

I've also found that certain Riddler trophies can only be obtained by Catwoman. For example, the two caged trophies behind the Church.

I believe there will be a few contenders for GOTY -- Uncharted 3, Gears of War 3, Battlefield 3, etc.

But I get the feeling it could be Batman: Arkham City that takes it. There's just so many elements that pull it together, and the playablility seems endless. Not once have I gotten bored playing this.

Cool. I was quite hesitant in going after the Joker since I have not yet found Nora.

Yeah, I found this out by attempting to take the red trophy only to be zapped followed by the Riddler taunting for having done so.

Neither have I gotten bored. But I'm hoping to finish this soon, at least the main storyline because Nov. 1st (Uncharted 3)is approaching rather quickly!

Oh yes, I can't wait, I'm getting two CE's, the US and AUS versions. I think my US one shipped today!

Nora Fries' Location:

In the area where Freeze narrowed Nora's location to, you'll be able to see a small boat in the water near the cranes. If you land on the boat, and look towards the nearest wall, then use detective mode, you should be able to see a breakable wall. Through there you'll find Nora Fries and some of Joker's goons.

I have played and completed Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. And all I can say is, it is fantastic! Start to finish, non-stop.

I take it that was non-stop playing of Uncharted 3? If so --- wow!

I'm now on Chapter 14: Cruisin' for a Bruisin'. That's all for tonight for me though; I was starting to get dizzy, lol. Need some much needed sleep!

Not really, I started it on Hard, and finished it in around 10 hours. Now I've moved onto Crushing mode.

It also looks fantastic in 3D.

I've finally gotten my US Collector's Edition of the game, and I'm quite disappointed. The Penny Arcade bonus poster on offer for all pre-orders wasn't included, and the Collector's Box is damaged. Does anyone know how good GameStop are for mail replacements?

Wow! We seem to be playing the same games, lol! I'm starting out as a Nord male.

Hahaha! I've chosen to be a Breton Female. The world is so big, I did get lost at first, and I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to, or dreading the journeys all the way to the distant areas. Seems to be a proper hour or more ride to get to them. I'll be joining the Stormcloak Rebellion once I can, I think the other side is too controlling...plus, they tried to take my head!

But it is fantastic - maybe Final Fantasy should take a page out of Skyrim's book.

I'll be picking up Assassin's Creed: Revelations today aswell.

There's so many fantastic games this year it's become too much to keep up. There's still other's I would like to get, such as NFS: The Run and Saints Row: The Third

Seems that the more you play of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim the more it begins to lag, due to the ever expanding save file. I've stopped for now, in hopes that there may be a patch to correct this major gameplay issue.

Perhaps you should delete the older save files. In any case, there will be patches to fix glitches that have appeared although I haven't encountered any thus far.

Easter Egg: Hrongar character (in Jarl of Whiterun's palace)is modelled after Arnold Schwarzeneger: it has his face and it also sounds like him! The voice sounded familiar so I switched to 1st pov and it was Arnold's face, lol!

Wow, I picked out the Arnie voice, but I didn't know that. I'll have to look again.

I only have about three saves for the whole games, so it should be running fine. I'll give it another go soon, because I do want to finish it.

I've finished Assassin's Creed: Revelations and watched the bonus Assassin's Creed: Embers DVD I got with it...it really draws everything together, and, well, quite a sad, but happy ending. It was nice.

Well i finished Tomb Raider: Underworld, as far as the actual game. Option now is the treasure hunt. Still got Prince of Persia and Folklore to get through, i got a feeling these 2 games will take a bit longer. Oh i almost forgot about Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, i'm really liking the police side of the game.

The treasures are quite easy to find, I had a bit of trouble at first with finding the underwater ones.

Which Prince of Persia did you get? If I remember correctly, the one just called Prince of Persia did take a while to finish. I really enjoyed it, although it doesn't follow the normal storyline.

The Forgotten Sands though, is a shorter game, but follows the Sands of Time storyline. It takes place between the Sands of Time and Warrior Within.

I'm hoping to start ICO & Shadow of the Colossus this week. Then I have Final Fantasy XIII-2 next month.

Nintendo Wii - Zelda: skyward sword

Big fan of professor Layton's series! The puzzles are challeging and it's really entertaining. I'm a massive fan of Zelda these days and we've got several games on either Nintendo 3DS or the wii.

Lol! With Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR) having at least 8 different storylines with 150+ hours for each, this will take me well into the summer months and probably well into autumn as well, if not further because of work and responsibilities.

Skyrim is an interesting game but I unfortunately stopped playing in favour of SWTOR. It's too bad really because I might also delay playing the final installment of Mass Effect 3 come March 6/12.

It is a very interesting game, BP. I played it for around 60 hours, finishing the main story and alot of side quests, still it's nowhere near 100%, it's like it never ends, lol. I'm playing it on the PS3, which can get lag insanely sometimes. I hear the PC version doesn't have this problem though.

I bought Tekken 6 today, found it at Wal-mart for $19.96. I had gift cards to use so i wasn't about to pass on getting it. I've always enjoyed playing Tekken, maybe when i get good at the game i'll take on some real challengers.
