I noticed in the controls screen where you can turn off the hint icons and even the manual/attomatic(sp) grab. I have not played too much yet but here is my 2 cents on it. The graphics are awesome. After putting on the first cog I surveyed the area sightseeing the structure. That was impressive. Yeah,it controls just like Legend which is not nessecarily(sp) a good thing. With the camera constantly moving it is kinda hard to keep your bearing. Not to mention it starts making me dizzy and thinking i'm drunk. When programing the controls for the keyboard they need to look at the original games. They were so simple and easy to get used to. At the beginning with the wolves, if you run over and jump on the first stones that lead to the wall where you start all the climbing, they won't follow. They will stay on the ground and then be easy pickings,or you can just leave them for later.

Well I am a little behind. I overslept,had to rush to get to work, and went to my folks place this morning after I got off. I am just getting online again and am downloading the demo at this moment,25 min.s to go. I have other things to do today so probably won't get to play it till later.I'll let you know what I think when I get there.

I'll probably download it when I get out of bed this evening.

Play it,of course. The only thing I read in the manual is to learn the controls.

I just have trouble with the guy at the end, he always just seems to get me. It doesn't help when all you have is 3 health packs.

D'oh, I can't believe i'm just now finding this thread. I need to get around more. Then again I don't usually check the pinned threads. I actually finished TR1 back in march I think. After that I started TR2 but the game crashes after level 2,it won't even level jump past it. Now I am in TR3 making some headway. I also started TRLR but it crashes after the training session at the beginning. I am still going back from time to time trying to get past the Japan level in TRL. I would join you in TRUB but despite that I have it downloaded on my puter,I can't figure out how to start it.

I just realized something watching that first vid. At the beginning,what is she doing wearing that outfit in the Alps,she must be freezing!

It seems like the fan reviews that I read were 50/50 on this. I didn't mind some of the humor like in Bruce Cambells scene at the restaurant ,that was gold! Then there was when JJ tried to buy the camera from the girl during the fight with Sandman and Venom. That took away from the tension building and I thought we could do with out that. As far as the emo thing,i could go to the comics and show where the black suit just made him more of a meany/bad*$$ instead of struting around like a mini- Travolta during Saturday Night Fever. Instead I'll mention where Doc Connors says it is drawn to and enhances aggression,so it would be more natural for him to be mean instead. There was one review that I agree with,if they built up to the end with the black suit,then rips off the symbiont and lands on Brock. That would lead into Spiderman 4 where Venom could get ample time thru the movie.

I saw the movie Next,it was quite good! I just saw it today. It was a let down for me. Not enough villian development,too much Parker going emo from the black/symbiont suit,not enought Venom. Too much campiness/comedy. Personally I liked Next better.

Well on the pc I finally managed to get ovet the slope only to hit another slope and slide down into the quicksand below.

Hmm,that link don't work for me. Last night I watched the original version of Gone in 60 seconds that was made back in '74.Info Basically it is not that bad.The main highlight of it is the car chase at the end. It is longer and more car crashes that I could count.

The main thing I like about the strategy guide is the pics. Just seeing what some of the stuff looks like is awe inspiring,especially lately with Anniversary.

I haven't even been here a year yet so this is my first April fools joke from you. How would I have known about all those other incidents.
