Hence the doctors are using a different technique. Most likely many things, like size of fetus, when periods stopped, what part of her menstrual cycle she would have been in and of cause the womens opinion. As there is usually a narrow window during Ovulation when a women would fall pregant, like in the middle of the menstrual cycle, say at most a week either side of that. Hence they saying "last week of April to first week of May". Thus the doctors can guess easly within a week.

I dont know about that, more likely an average healthy and fit person.

well.... i guess if most of the population is unhealth and unfit then this would skew the average. Looking at the ppl at work i can see this is the case. What is really funny is that myself and the other two programmers who spend most of our waking hours in front of the PC are actually the only healthy looking ppl in the entire office. Now that is odd.
