Wabbits are not on Houston's Animal Control List of Critters they will pick up!!

I would like to say i am sorry to all the members about the post earlier in this threade.

Also, rabbits breed like mice don't they?

Why don't you just do what you said you do when you have a problem at restaurants. Call animal control again, and demand that they do something about it or you're going to go to a higher source and complain to them. Rabbits are animals and they should be on their list, it's stupid if they aren't.

Also, do not kill them, as that is just horrible. You say they are annoying critters, but let's face it, to them you're an annoying critter who is living in somewhere they'd like to habitate. Before your house was there I expect their ancestors had many burrows there.

Thanks. Apparantly to avoid it i'll have to cut down from eating 21 rabbits per week. So i'll just eat 20 and then have roast beef for sunday lunch..

Now you know why I can't get rid of them rabbits!!

Whenever a cat gets in there they take the cage (with the cat) to animal control and animal control takes the cat. The cat doesn't get harmed at all. What happens later I don't know

Call animal control and find out what can be done. If lucky,the bunnies will be safe and can go to a pet store.

The cat doesn't get harmed thats what they want you to think. And what they do is they take the cats to the dog food factory. So if J7 calls animal controll they will take the rabbits to the cat food factory. It's the circle of life.

Rabbits are beautiful creatures, would you prefer lots of infected rats in your back garden, ugh!

well, after almost 3 years of peace and quiet in my yard; those dastardly bunnies are back again!!

but this time I have a secret weapon!

actually, 3 secret weapons:

two 3-year old girls and a 15 months toddler boy!!

they to chase those bunnies every which way to Sunday all over the yard;

and they never get tired of chasing them bunnies!!

I can't say the same about them bunnies;

I can see them huffing and puffing for breath and I bet their little bunnies' heart are thumping 1000x a minute to the point of bursting an artery!!

This works out great for everyone!

Our 3 Angels get plenty of outdoor exercise and the bunnies get scared BEEP !!

Oops I mean, good for you.

Well folks, this morning around 5:50 am, I went out to get in my car to go to the grocery store to pick up some bread and milk and stuff for breakfast and I saw 2 wabbits.

I haven't seen any wabbits in our yard in almost 2 years now.

That's alright.

I now have 5 secret weapons:

5 very vivacious Angels that will chase them and catch them.

This photo was taken December 2010, the last time we saw wabbits in our yards.

Aurora caught one of them then and she was 3 1/2 year old then.

If she can catch them then, she can definitely catch them again now that she and Allessandra are almost 5 1/2;

and her brother Antonio is over 3 3/4 years old and her younger sister and youngest brother are almost 2.

At those ages, my 5 Angels will give those rabbits a marathon they won't forget!

I was watching a documentary on Rabbits.

Did you know a pair of rabbits can have 1,000 offsprings in 1 year?

The time from conception to birth for a rabbit is only 28 days.

A rabbit becomes an adult and sexually mature 3 weeks after birth.

A female rabbit can get pregnant again on the same day she gives birth.

One female rabbit can give birth to 7 litters per year with each litter composed of 6-7 babies.

A rabbit will mate with other rabbits in their same family once they reach adulthood:

isn't that illegal?

That is a lot of wabbits

I wonder why the world is not over-run by rabbits?

I see more stray cats than I see an occasional rabbits.

Rabbit's milk is the most nutritious milk in the entire animal world.

A baby rabbit only weans its mother's milk for 3 1/2 minutes every day for 3 weeks from the birth to adulthood.
