You liked it? Good! I love all of Roman's films and I have heard mixed reviews of this one, but I haven't had a chance to see it myself.

Yes! Do give it a try, the acting is top-notch and you can definitely feel this claustrophobic vibe in the air (the whole action takes place practically in one room only)...it's interesting to try, don't get discouraged

I think Christopher Nolan's Batman movies are over-rated and over-hyped!!

I am soooo excited for The Dark Knight Rises, I had my doubts but Christopher Nolan always delivers. And of course I love Gary Oldman, Christian Bale, Tom Hardy and JGL..... I have my doubts still about Anne Hathaway! I wish they had gotten someone else for Catwoman.... like Angelina

I've seen enough of Nolan's films to know that I really like them although Batman Begins was pretty mediocre.

I had my doubts about Anne Hathaway's casting, too, but I've seen some promo pics floating on the Internet and I must say that to me she makes a decent Catwoman. I didn't much like her outfit, though, I thought it looks kinda too robot-ish. Let's just hope she'll pull it off better than Halle Berry.

Oh, I loved The Artist, but I know what you mean. It is very typical in its plot and characters and isn't really anything new. But I'm a hopeless romantic so it sucked me in lol.

lol finally someone agrees with me (my other friends just flat out hate the movie). Dujardin was so charismatic, it would be nice if he did some more movies in America, kinda like Marion Cotillard.

I understand why this movie has got the numbers --- it was very, very, enjoyable! I saw it last night and I wouldn't mind seeing this again. Contrast this with last year, I had no inkling to watch any movie the second time around: Captain America, X-Men: First Class, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol among some of the hits of 2011.

Last year, I saw Captain America on DVD.

It didn't made me want to run to the movie theater to see it.

X-Men First Class I saw at the $1.25 theater.

Once again, there was nothing about it that made me want to see it in a first run theater on opening week.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol I saw because someone gave me a Cinemark gift card for it so I took Andrea to see it at the IMAX.

If it wasn't for the gift card, we had no desire to run out to see it.

We could had seen it at the $1.25 theater or on DVD.

This year. the movie I am eagerly awaiting this Summer is Prometheus.

Finally saw the American remake to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Was really good. While very similar to the original Swedish version, it was a little different.

It is pretty good but the ending is kinda weak. They should have cut it off a little sooner than they did. And there was way too much of Daniel Craig's character and not enough Lisbeth. Rooney Mara was great and I would've liked to have seen more of her. And it's pretty obvious from the beginning who the murderer is lol.

I hope the Swedish version you both saw is the extended version.

I haven't actually seen the Swedish version, only the David Fincher one. Maybe one day I'll check it out.

The Swedish Version is so much better.

Furthermore, Fincher took some liberties with the ending of the American Version which kind of P Me Off!!

It packed no punch.

I saw the Swedish version that they have at Netflix which is not the extended version. I will agree ,the Swedish version was better.

The release date of G.I. Joe Retaliation has been pushed back to March 2013 so they can convert it to 3D.

Remember what happened to Clash of the Titans after they up-converted it to 3D?

It looked like crap!

IMO, 3D is a scam to separate you and your money.

Very few movies are worth seeing in 3D and the only ones I've seen so far that were worth the price of the expensive ticket was the Transformers 2 and 3 films and Avatar.

This is a very bad decision by Paramount's executives and the only reason behind it is: Greed!

If the movie flops when it's finally released, the blame will falls solely on Paramount and not on the Director or the script or the actors in it.
