His Dark Knight films were a sacrilegious executionable offense to all fine film makers.

Also there was a major sound problem with the film and it wasn't just limited to one theater.

The way the dialogue audio track was recorded was poor!

Horrible Horrible Horrible film.

Nothing but set pieces put together to make a nearly 2 hours movie (if you don't include the ending credits).

Then aside from the unneeded profanity, you had scenes that were out of place that were just put in by the screenwriters as fillers.

There is nothing in the movie that made me care for those characters or for whatever they were looking for or that held my attention.

It took me several viewings over 3 nights for me to finish it from beginning to end.

Also what's the deal with Howard The Duck at the end?

I kept waiting for something exciting to happen and nothing ever did.

Unfortunately the writer of this movie couldn't come up with anything more imaginative or fruitful or even original aside from a cliched plot of a woman stuck in an office tower's elevator while trying to get away from a killer.

I think the writer started out as "Hey! I can write a Die Hard with a girl movie" but then when he actually sat down to write the script, he just couldn't come up with anything.

Sort of like back in school when you were told to write a paper on what you did during your Summer vacation.

You were all excited and you were ready to write a detailed paper on everything you did during your Summer vacation:

you wrote your name on the top of the paper and after that, your train of though just came to a complete stop and you'd spent the rest of the class staring at the paper not knowing what to write down next beside "On my Summer vacation, I...".

Can someone please explain to me how the Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 1 made over $130 million in its opening weekend. I went to see it yesterday and i have to say i wasn't impressed at all. It was nothing like Catching Fire. I got up at one point during the movie to use the bathroom, and i almost thought of just walking out of the theater. Using a 1-10 scale for rating i'd give it a big whopping 0. I won't care for part 2, whenever it comes out.

I still intend on seeing The Hobbit: Battle of the five armies, maybe that movie will be able to best Hunger Games. But i should skip the concession stand, I'm not gonna pay $14,25 for a large drink and popcorn that i don't intend on refilling.

I think people that saw the series from the beginning felt compelled to see the rest regardless.

The first act of the book for Mockingjay was not written for it to be intended to be made into 2 movies.

As with Harry Potter films the final movie or book was too long for one film and was stretched to two.

Finally!!

An Intelligent Movie that is not a reboot, remake, copycat of a foreign film, comic book series based, blah blah blah!

There is always someone that does something stupid to make it have a plot lol.

Some of the movie critics say the same thing I said about Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1

* It's an elaborate game of hurry-up-and-wait. And it's the most shameless example yet of splitting the final book in a hugely popular series into two film adaptations.

* Mockingjay has more exposition than a TED Talk, more rubble than a decade of The Flintstones, and absolutely no nonmonetary reason to be Part 1 of anything. It isn't storytelling. It's a filibuster.

* The film is dour and lumbering, with only a handful of rousing scenes to justify the blatantly financial choice to split the novel into two films.

* Weak source material split into two films for no creative advantage only results in a disappointing artistic decision ruled by financial greed. The film anti-climatically makes us wait and leaves us asking: "For what?"

Looks like it'll be interesting

I can't pass judgement just based on such short teaser trailer, unlike the so called "STAR WARS EXPERTS" on the internet are doing after watching it.

Some of them are complaining that Stormtroopers are not Black and can't be Black because they are ALL clones and the clones were White folks!

Well, maybe a person with Black skin stole Stormtroopers' outfit's just like Han Solo and Luke Skywalker did in Star Wars;

have they thought of that?

Idiots!

They think they can figure everything out from a 1:39 trailer especially when less than 1:01 of it actually shows footage from the movie:

the rest is MPAA logo, movie title logo, blank space, etc

The Millennium Falcon looks like it got a 'spaceship wash' and an upgrade.

I don't see a Radar Dish on it.

My only question I have with this trailer is I don't see C3PO and R2D2.

Are they coming back?

If they are, why they didn't show it so it would feel more like a continuation of the first 6 films?

Abrams still a hack to me but I am a fair and decent and professional movie goers and I am not giving him final judgement until I see the full Trailer.

Reading up on the Terminator 1984 trivia. Arnold was not the first choice to play the T-800. He auditioned for the role of Kyle Reese. The first choice was O J Simpson!! Also Arnold wanted James Cameron to have the now famous line "I'll be Back!" removed. He couldn't pronounce "I'll" correctly and he also felt a cyborg robot wouldn't speak in contractions. But James Cameron refused.
