That is a crap list I agree All good games but it's so biased in favour of certain series'. Very biased against PC Games too (There's no way Half Life should be so far down!!) Zelda OOT at #1 is worthy tho' I think! I would have put Super Mario Bros 3 in 2nd! Hardly any Sega megadrive games Like you say..where's sonic!!

Thanks for sorting that Shresh!! I didn't realise fraps had its own codec! I'm on Area 51! I did have stats for HSC but yesterday my computer broke and I had to reformat so they're gone! Luckily I managed to get my saved games off the hard drive! Needless to say.. I missed both secrets

The first time my dad played Thames Warf he accidently found that shortcut, and at first he didn't realise that he'd basically skipped the whole level. He called me into the room and showed me, going "Ben look at this level! it's ridiculous! I think the game's broke!". After looking up the walkthrough he then tried to do the level the proper way and decided that he prefered the shortcut method . Thinking about it, he must have been one of the first people to find that shortcut 'cause he was playing London just a few days after the game came out (went there first! big mistake!). I must tell him some time

I finished Nevada at the weekend. I forgot to take a screenie but I got 2/3 secrets. (missed the last one somehow!) This had me puzzled for a while near the end: Click here for video (9mb) I'm afraid my computer isn't very good so the video is a bit jumpy, but basically.. I opened the gate before turning off the electricity (I'm sure that shouldn't be allowed to happen) and whenever I tried to drive through, I got this wonderful and mysterious death sequence. The animation is superb! Watch all the flips that she does!

I agree with Shresh.. it seems a bit pointless unless the reviews are awesome. It'd be good if they fixed the plot a bit.. that might make me more interested. Oh..and if they add an extra fmv at the end where we see Kurtis getting buried and no one turns up to his funeral, so they basically just lob his body in the ground and the final scene is the worms coming to eat him, but even they don't like him, so they just ignore him and he's forgotten about forever more.. what was I talking about again?

I'm usualy quite cynical but I quite enjoyed TR:L and don't agree with all of what you say (although the points about it being too short and easy were very valid). I disagree with the ESRB bit.. yes they removed blood which is a shame.. but then it also featured the most gruesome deaths of any TR game so far, whenever you mess up a cut sequence. I haven't found any instability in the engine or GUI.. but It shouldn't be too hard to fix any bugs you found as it they go along developing TR8. It's certainly less buggy than all the other TR games! And as for the abilities and weapons.. in another post you mentioned that you felt unhappy with the lack of weapons compared to TR3.. I felt TR3 had far far far too many, and found this Far-Cry style system much more logical. I also don't mind if they remove some of her abilities.. because if they just keep adding to them every game we have a ridiculous amount of controls to learn. So.. I agree with some of your points but am sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the game more

Sorry, i mean target, not game path

When I first ran it it brought up a config window.. If it didn't do that for you, what you need to do is: create a shortcut to the tomb4.exe Right click on the shortcut and go to properties Int he target field, after the game path add " -setup" so it should look like this: "C:\Documents and settings\Ben\Desktop\tr1-revised\TR1-Remake\tomb4.exe" -setup (although obviously the first bit varies) then run the shortcut

Guilty as charged! It came about 'cause my English TR3 CD seems to be scratched, so when I put my US version in and installed it, the menu screen was different! I agree! I kinda think the UK one looks more classy.. sorry America..

The accuracy is crazy innit! Has anyone tried the satalite view? (there's a button for it in the top right). For some of your markers, you can zoom so close that if you'd looked up and smiled as the photo was being taken we could stick the image in the LCO gallery!! Shresh, J7, and Morph's are all very detailed. I'll be keeping an eye on your lawn J7 to make sure you're doing your chores and looking after it Warning: Playing with the satalite view is highly addictive. P.s. if anyone wants their marker deleted, just let us know which one it is and one of the mods can take care of it

I know it feels wierd but they're harmless in the virus vault It shouldn't be picked up by the scanner after that either.
