It never once occurred to me to actually count how many times I died. I'm very clever though, I approach everything with caution and I look around everywhere. However, at the same time, I'm also pretty clumsy. When I saw that first boulder I didn't think to just casually prance to the left a couple feet. Instead I accidentally rolled off of the cliff. But that was due to AOD having jump as the "O" button. Anyways, I didn't keep count, but I'm sure it was 10 at the least.

Yeah, I hope they get Claire right too. She should be tough, but she wasn't unladylike. She seemed like a fairly young girl, but she could take care of herself. And did you say Jerry Seinfeld? He's doing movies??

Now I'm confused... does the PC game come WITH the outfit editor or do you somehow have to hack it...

I don't NEED a PS3 until Tomb Raider 8 comes out, but after I get it, I'll certainly make good use of it with all those other awesome games out there.

Milla Jovovich is super awesome. But I love seeing characters from the game pop up in the movies. Lol

Is that one Claire Redfield? If so she looks awesome. I was wondering how she looked in the movie. Played by Ali Larter I do believe.

I'm still interested in seeing BloodRayne, even though I've heard so many complaints about it. I do remember one person saying they liked it, but I don't remember who. And I've read about the second, and it does sound like crap, but because I'm such a fan of the games, I may give them both a shot. Lol I want to see Resident Evil 3, because it sounds awesome and I own and love the first 2. And I want to bring up Rush Hour 3! Because that will be THE BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR.

Freedom Fighters was darn good, it took us forever to find it in a store and when we did, we bought it on the spot. I love it. And NOLF was another one I obsessed over for awhile. I love basically everything about it, and it was hilarious. I STILL can't find out how to download the main theme song though and if anyone knows PLEASE tell me, because I would love you forever!! I've been looking all over the place. I never played the second though because it only came out for PC.

I want to buy Legend for PC just to be able to do that. That's a good idea there. And I'm not surprized that the butler was up there, though I haven't seen him, but he pops up in places all the time, like the butler in Mr. Deeds.

Rather than describing everything that I like about Tomb Raider, I find it waaay easier to explain what I DON'T like about Tomb Raider. NOTHING 'nuff said.

I do believe the original topic was settled. Lol But if I'm wrong, a mod can delete all my posts. For the moment, I'm still on a remake rant. And I must say, a remake of TR2 is wish of mine. I really hope that after Legend 2 they can remake TR2. That would just... rock my socks.

Why has the video game world become so complicated... >.< Remember when we used to just shoot at little blogs supposed to be aliens that would come down in a pattern. Or just hopping accross the street as a cute little frog? A cute little frog that get's brutally murdered by moving vehicles, but still, a cute frog!

AOD not having any tombs in it is a common misconception. First of all, it has a few tombs, even if they are underneath the louvre in Paris. And also, in Tomb Raider 3 and Tomb Raider Chronicles Lara was in cities. And as much as I'd love to see an AOD remake, I think Crystal Dynamics and Eidos are both trying to stay away from the whole AOD idea, otherwise they would have continued the storyline. It was my understanding that the point of creating Crystal Lara and the TR Legend engine was to take the game in a different direction than AOD was heading. Personally, I don't think AOD was a bad game, I rather enjoyed it, even though it was hard to control and it had bugs and Kurtis was a bit of a disappointment. I'm sure that if AOD was remade, people would replay it and possibly love it. But I'm not sure everyone would be willing to replay it, in fact, many fans may look at the fact that it's AOD, and say "oh no, not again, I'm not wasting my money on THAT!" I hope that with time, maybe all of the originals will get remade, but that leaves AOD at the end of the line, and we still have the Legend storyline to continue, let's not forget about poor Amelia. If we keep playing remakes she'll be stuck in avalon for eternity. Lol

Another thing, you should be sure that you only hit it once, I think. I know that that one part in the coliseum can be quite a neuscence.

Here's my newest. Just finished it today.

Lara was held back by Natla's bodyguard. In TRA his name was Kold Kin Kade. In the first tomb raider, Lara's guns were taken by the cowboy, not Larson, Larson took her guns in TRA because his character was merged with the cowboy. Well actually, in TRA I believe her guns were taken by the Kid. Uhmm... Her name was originally Lara Cruz. And I know that she writes travel books as a job since tomb raiding isn't really a job, it's a way of life for her. As for the rest, I don't know. Lol

Is it too much to ask for a Lara that can run on walls, stand on poles AND talk to Alister and Zip with the headset?
