Tomb Raider 2013 Help and Tactics

Hi, Having trouble getting the bow to draw back. I have the Apple Mac version. Any help appreciated. Thanks Steve

I'm playing Definitive on the PS4. My entire game (including Cliffside Bunker) is at 100% and I have done all the optional tombs, but my handgun is stuck at 80%. I think it's still on Tactical and not Magnum. I went to Stella's site and used her walkthroughs to go back and re-do the tombs where the handgun parts are and still nothing. When I go to the Gear menu at camp, it says 80% handgun but all the upgrades available I've already bought. Is this a bug?

I have just begon to play tombraider 2013 and at a certain point the hint tells me this: "pres [MAJ] to drop" So I wondereded, what the hell is a MAJ ??? Than I opened the options screen and went to configure the keyboard. Turns out that the names of the keys are in French ! It shows keys like HAUT, DROIT, ECHAPE, MAJ, and so on... Since I do not speak any french I am at a loss here. How can I get the key names to English ? I remember the same problem in some earlier versions of TombRaider, maybe the game thinks it is intelligent and tries to detect my language somehow ? I live in Belgium, which is a bi-langual country, the majority speaks dutch (as do I) and the …

I was wondering if anyone has experienced a glitch at the Chasm Ziggurat, where Lara is trying to fire a rope arrow into the portion of climbable rock that has just been made accessible by a lightning strike? Each time I shoot the arrow at the section of rock, Lara will hunch down to protect herself from the fierce wind blowing through the tower instead of tying the rope to the anchor post. No matter how close I am or on what side of the post, she will not tie up the rope. Since I think this is the only way forward, I'm stuck at this point unless I can figure out what is causing the glitch. Is she maybe just cold, and in need of a bomber jacket or something? Please can any1 help me to find arrows,I have 0 and without them I cant finish the Shipwreck Beach area....I am desperate pleaseeeeeeee

I'm at the spot where Lara has dragged Roth to a shelter and then needs to shoot some lanterns. I've shot the darn things with gun and arrows, but nothing happens. Plus..how in the heck do you get into the cleft by the waterfall? I got the GPS but she can't gt into the cleft.

I haven't felt this way in so long but I don't want to put this game down! Don't forget to use the spoiler tags!

Is anyone else having a problem with throwing lanterns? What happens to me is Lara picks up a lantern , aims it in the right direction, but instead of throwing it, she drops the lantern and draws the gun. I was unable to get past the lantern room and had to use a savegame. I also couldn't do one of the tombs, for the same reason. Any advice?

I completely missed the #2 fast travel camp in Shanty Town! Can I go back and get it (I got all the way to the Cave leading into the temple...) I didn't switch saveslots (only 3!!) Before entering ShantyTown the first time around so either I have to replay the whole damn thing (and I spent a loooong time sliding down the river getting poled...) or.. I don't know!? If I wait to go back until the next fast-travel camp, can I still pass through the gate between shanty Town part #1 and #2 now that there are no enemies there guarding it? Thanx for help /Anna

So I was on my way to the beach to regroup with the others and noticed a box in shanty that I forgot. I went down and got it then did the tomb and collected everything I could. For a while I thought I was stuck down there till I finally found a way out using fast travel to a different area of shanty town. When I got back to where the lift should be to go down the mountain side there seemed to no longer be one. Dx I'm not sure what to do.. I kinda don't want to revert to a previous save but I also don't want to be stuck forever =[

I've got past the radio tower, but I'm now stuck in a room that has throwable lanterns. There is a hole in the wall that you must climb through into another room with control desks, a big glass window, that looks into another room where a man is standing there waiting for you. There is a steam pipe in one corner that shows up when pressing L2 and two doors at the other end that annot be open. I've tossed the lanters through the hole into this room but all they seem to do is fire up and then go out. Some advice would be very much appreciated.......

So this can be tricky just getting past where Lara gets swept away in the river is bad enough dodging and weaving and shooting out the barricades. But wait until you parachuting through the evergreens. The best way I found to weave through the trees is you actually have to wait until you pass the tree before turning. At the end of the parachute sequence you start the Shantytown so if you find it too much [and yes you must try it a gazillion times OK OK I exaggerate only try it a trillion times ] then I might be persuaded to send a save file that is at the end of the parachute sequence at the start of Shantytown. Hi *waves* I'm new and I was just wondering if anyone could help me please. I was at the part of the game where you have heard Sam on the radio and the the new objective is to 'descend down the mountain to the Solarii base' however I was still looking for one Illumination statue thing so I used the fast travel to find it. When I did find it I got myself lost and went down the wrong zip wire and crashed through the roof of a building where three Solarii were, I killed them and then killed the others that came, and continued to the part with parachute. However I forget to scavenge a few of the bodies and apparently I've missed a shotgun part, is there anyway I will get t…

Yesterday, after sliding down the zip line at the end of mountain temple, i saved the game and stopped playing. Now that i started the game, the blockage to go to mountain village should be cleared and i should be able to go trough and up the cliff. but somehow the blockage didn't seem to clear and now i am stuck because i can't go trough. i can't even go back in the temple because everything seems to be collapsed. any suggestions?

In the first combat, in the multi level building, there is a patch of highlighted floor on the second level, when you use survival instinct. Can anyone tell me what to do to break through it? I presume that's what is supposed to happen, but I can't work out how to do it. And I'm a bit puzzled as to why it's highlighted at all.. Thanks

I would appreciate some advice. I'm stuck in the Mountain Village. I'm trying to jump from one side of the wrecked plane to the other. No matter what I try, Lara falls into the water. I've tried this many times, I'm obviously doing something wrong. I am out of practice, but it shouldn't be that difficult. I've looked at the screenshots in the walkthrough. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, While I do not like all the graphic violence that this reboot has introduced (and I hope the next release has more puzzle solving etc.) I have persevered with playing the game to the end. I was interested to read that other players are having difficulty on the PC version with the QTEs, as I did. Sometimes the PC controls were OK and other times they weren't. I found the difficulties were particularly evident in the really tricky bits in the wolf/river/parachuting/combat sequences where you have to mash or melee on cue. Somehow I ended up falling into Shanty Town rather than zip-lining to the top where the gondola's where. I've been trying to find a way to get out of the lower levels and climb up but can't find any way. And even the reload seems to bring me back to the Castle Gateway checkpoint. How do I get out of here so that I can go to the beach? Please help!

OK, newb at action games, so please bear with me. Very basic problem: Playing on the pc, using keyboard and mouse. After the rescue plane is hit by lightning and crashes I can get Laura down the slope ok but damned if I can figure out how/when to hit the W key to get her to grip the platform. I'm assuming that the W key is the one, since a prompt with a W in it appears. Getting tired of watching that looooong fall to Laura's death. Please advise after you stop laughing

I'm at " The Road Less Traveled." I am all the way to the post that says, "this would be a good place to fire a rope arrow." I had one when I got past upside down and needed to pull down the porch, but now I don't. It may be that a need to find a bow part, but I have no idea where to look. I don't see how I could have missed it.

I can only find 3 of the "New Inhabitant's" flags in Cliffside bunker (part of shipwrecked beach area). Where is the 4th? In research base, the level after shipwrecked beach I can only find 4 out of the 5 sun killer totems. Where is the 5th? Those are the only 2 things that I need to get 100% game finished. Finally finished the Game. Amazing ending. Thank you. Got hot and heavy after Ziggurant Vestibule Day Camp. Seems difficult battle against many and more of the battles from that point on than before that point. Harry rock climbing. However killing the giant followed by having to deal with Mathias seem to be the most difficult in the game. Must say though I found parachuting through the forest and dealing with the first giant abord ship the most furstrating. Finished at 96%, Skills maxed out plus 2 additional skills point, Gear maxed out plus 774 salvage points. Now I'll go back and find the stuff I missed and further explore each area. I've gone back to different camps to collect missing relics etc. but can't return to main game to finish. Help!
