I was hoping for Daisy Ridley but Alicia Vikander was good in Ex-Machina. I didn't know Angelina Jolie way back when and said oh yeah I saw her in Gone in sixty seconds and moving tin. So if they have a good story and cast it might be pretty good. I guess Daisy was too busy and possibly too expensive. I wasn't aware she was chosen so thanks a lot for posting!

20 Years Later, Square Enix Releasing Original Tomb Raider Music in New Album Revealed today at our PAX East panel – “Lara Croft: The Undisputed Queen of Gaming” – original franchise composer Nathan McCree is returning to his roots with a new musical endeavor titled The Tomb Raider Suite. The collection will include all classic compositions, as well as extensions and variations of original tracks from the first three Tomb Raider titles. The suite will then be recorded by a live orchestra at the famous Abbey Road Studios, and released for purchase on CD and digital download this autumn. “This is a wonderful opportunity for the fans, as well as me, to hear the music as I had always intended it,” said McCree. Alongside the album, a live performance of the suite is planned at a major venue in London to correspond with the official 20th anniversary of the original Tomb Raider’s release in 1996. More details and ticketing information will be made available at a later date. The entire process – from re-composing the tracks to the final live concert – will be recorded for a TV documentary called Tomb Raider: Remastered. Director Matthew Longfellow, a leader in music documentaries for his work with legends such as Pink Floyd, Metallica, and Queen, will take the helm of the documentary. Never heard of that happening. I would try taking a can of air and cleaning it inside. Might be dust causing it to overheat and it's rebooting to protect itself like a pc. Also I would shut it down for awhile to cool off and reset it's memory. Can't hurt really and worth a try.
