  1. People actually had trouble with that thing? I always get through it so fast, I hear the spikes jutting out when I get past the first circular blade thingie! I had to wait, like, a minute for Lara to actually get killed by it. Valley of the Kings/KV5 might be a bit hard to take pictures of, since people are shooting at you with uzis constantly so there's no time to waste. Driving over them *is* fun, though. (As to avoid double posting) TOMB RAIDER DOUBLE FEATURE (OMG I'M SO EXCITED!!!): VALLEY OF THE KINGS/KV5 aka couldn't this have been an fmv??? Ah, fresh air at last. "OW, WHO'S SHOOTING?! STOP SHOOTING!!!" Yep, that pretty much sums of the entirety of Valley of the Kings/KV5. There's also an annoying driving part but whatever. THE END As far as Temple of Karnak... ... I had you all going for a second there, didn't I?! But seriously: I was going to cover the fact that there's modern ammunition/weaponry in rotting tombs earlier, but I remembered this part. Was everyone storing their luggage on top of this entrance for some reason? I don't know. I took everything, anyway. Lazy developers. A fresh, unopened tomb is right in Lara's nose and yet she prefers driving like a madman in one of the most frustrating sections of the game thusfar. What will that cooky Lara do next? He could have done myriad things here. Run over me, throw a grenade, shoot me, etc. But what does he do? He just sits there while I stare him in the face. Eh, the old bat is in the car with him, so maybe some of his incompitance rubbed off on our annoying little tour guide here. We soon discover that this is why he chose not to blow Lara to high heavens with a grenade. For some odd reason, the grenades don't harm Lara in the least, even if she leaves the Jeep*. Time for another crazy Lara moment! Yaaaay! Why is she looking behind her? What does she expect to hit? It's the middle of the dessert** for god's sake! It's not like she has problems with running over minions head-on at easily 100 mph or anything. Just because I promised. And Lara was starting to *beep* me off with her erratic driving skills Lara never let go of this flare even after I got her into the Jeep and even had her draw a weapon. It carries on into KV5, as you'll soon see. Lara missed the "AoD iz bettr th@n Tr:L!!1!11" bandwagon juuuust by a bit. "Hmmm, I'm thinking of jumping on that platform that was supposed to be collapsed, but I'm not sure what'll happen...what do you think Mr.DisembodiedRope***?" "I don't knoooooow" "Well, here goes nothin'..." "Wheeeee! Mr.DisembodiedRope, you should try this!" "Nooooo....I'm fiiiiiiiine...." Yaaay! Mr.DisembodiedRope has a body now!" I thought we were friends, Mr.Rope! I thought we were friiiiiends!!!" This section leads me to beleive that Mr.ObliviousGuide was on some questionable substances. "Okay, I'll go LEFT! SHARP RIGHT TURN! U-TURN! LEFT! RIGHT! LEFT!" *level ends* Lara seems to go into another tomb with the tour guide (oh god help us) but the FMV has her placed back in the dessert??? *: This is at least true for the PC version. I saw a video of the PS Valley of Kings and they seemed to get hurt when they went off so idk. **: A hot ecosystem or a delicious treat? YOU DECIDE! Because I can't spell worth crap and won't bother to run spell scheck! ***:If you don't know what I'm talking about (people usually don't, beleive me); the little strip of slightly darker brown (the whole game ammounts to shades of brown!) in the screenshot before the sliding is actually the rope that you encounter later. For some reason it showed up in the fog but nothing else did....
  2. BURIAL CHAMBERS aka Tomb Raider LAUGHS in the face of physics! It's like a wheatfield of death! Because everyone checks what's inside compartments by blowing them to pieces! (unsure) "Listen, Ms. Croft, I'm not sure we should do this..." (angry2) "Don't be such a sissy, Set. Your wife won't be home for about 1000 decades, remember?" (unsure) "Well, I guess you're right..." (angry) "HONEY!" (unsure) "I can explain!" (angry:) *runs off sobing* (angry2) ".......shiney ankh!" "Mummy want friend....huuuuugs...." "AGH! *plop*" "Mummy is sad....mummy no get friend.... *sigh* This is that non-burning kinda fire. I never had to pull the switch on the wall....? If Lara had to, she wouldn't have had to kill herself to go flip the room, she could just pull it as is. But again, TR has never made sense, why should it start.... This boggles my mind. Wouldn't the artifact have to be laying on the floor of the room before it was flipped to land like that? Lara could've just picked it up off of the ground... "Lara?" "Yes?" "Oh nevermind..." Gee, Horus must have HATED Sirius or something. Orion's hand got to trigger a trap that nearly sliced my legs off, but poor Sirius only gets to lower a measly rope. Oh, and btw, let's just say Lara defeated her opponent for now*. Call me stupid, but shouldn't the sand have stopped rising at this point? The holes that spewed sand would be covered, so the extra sand would've just mixed in with another layer. But apparently in Tomb Raider Land, sand has the same density as water**. "Go into the liii--" "SHUT UP!" *: A nice way of saying I spaced out and forgot to make her jump off of the rope and break her neck. At least you'll get to see Lara go boooom in the next update. **: Since I'm not a physics major and just working on common sense, I might be wrong about the whole sand thing. Maybe someone could shed further light on this situation?
  3. You'll feel right at home Shrensh. I've made it a point to break Lara's neck and post pictures of it at least once a level. As far as when I'll pe putting up Burial Chambers, it'll probably be late tomorrow. I played a bit today and decided that that was enough for one day. I actually got the pick-ups on the spinning blade trap (After you use the Hand of Orion) for once! I had to use a small medi-pack, though. I used it right as she was fataly hit by a blade, so after I used it the blade literally passed through her.
  4. Because it's not the actual TR:UB game that was released in '96/97. ~LC~ couldn't find her original disk so she's downloaded a remake that was made by a fan with the TR4 engine. That being said, golly there's a lot of "Who Wants to Play....!" threads out there!
  5. ***CONTINUED FROM THE "WHO WANTS TO PLAY TR4 WITH ME?" THREAD*** TOMB OF SETH aka the rolling blade log makes for GREAT death montages!!!! Obligotory shot of Lara's massive chest. My old nemisis! WE meet again! But this time I wi-- The guide just stands there like an idiot. It's no wonder that he works for the old fart. *briiiiiing* Yay, secrets! Oh wait...it's THIS secret. CUE THE YAKKITY SAX*!!!! Playing in the oil is so fun ^-^ It just isn't the same Stupid tour guide... I loaded a savegame after I got the Hourglass of Whatever and this camera angle greeted me. I couldn't show it very well in a screenshot, but it should be noted that the guide CAME SPRINTING OUT OF NOWHERE AND SCARED THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF ME!!!! Must...resist...urge...to...become....Shrensh. TOO LATE! Peh, I see how much help YOU are. *hmph* How did he exit, anyway? He just runs into the lava pit room. Perhaps he commited suicide? Hmmm...he IS in the cutscene after Guardian of Semerkhet AND Valley of the Kings....whatever. Tomb Raider never HAS made sense, why should it start? You know that phrase "jump down someone's throat"? Yeah... Gia says that this screen is too dark and she can't see it. If anyone else has trouble, just tell me. I seem to have problems with making it brighter... OMG IT'S A STATS SCREEN!!!!!!! *Yakity Sax!!! The version I wanted to use is really fast but I couldn't find it
  6. ***THESE POSTS WILL CONTINUE IN A SEPEATE THREAD THAT WILL BE MADE SOME TIME TOMORROW IN ORDER TO NOT HIJACK THIS THREAD*** Race For The Iris a.k.a STOP CUTTING THE BRIDGES OH MY GOD!!!! Fifteen seconds into the race and Lara is already dead. This level is going to be a pain. Again, the windbag COMPLETELY ignores the quite loud sound of guts being cut by blades; he just jumps over my corpse. I know the old bat wanted to beat me, but did he have to CUT THE BRIDGE AWAY?! I think Werner wants to kill me. Okay, now I'm SURE he wants to kill me! I ran around this room for a good two minutes looking for something to do, and then I find a climable block RIGHT IN MY FACE. I reloaded the game in spite. This massive stone head (resist the urges, lara! Resist the urges! It's too big to steal anyway!!!!) nearly shoved me down into the warthog pit because of it's crappy oversensative collision detection. Teen Lara is a strange one. Her voice and appearence make you want to punch her teeth out, yet she is fluent in Sanskrit, and can even translate when a good chunk of the text has crumbled away. This makes me wonder what the *boop* Lara does in her spare time. Who learns SANSKRIT?! of ALL languages she...oh yeah, the level...hehe. "I don't consider triggered entombment part of your average childhood tea-party." She fails to mention the numerous spike pits, deadly pig-thingies and rope bridges that old farts like to cut down. There's some forshadowing nonsense with the old windbag telling Lara that she is not "The world-renound archaeologist adventurer Lara Croft." at some point in this scene. .... "OOOOOOOOOOH! I GET IT! HAHA! SHE ACTUALLY DOES BECOME FAMOUS! THAT'S SO CLEAVER AND NOT CHEESY AT ALL! OMG! LOL! ROFLMAO!" I have half the mind the cut that bridge from under you. !!! *weird squeaky voice* "Come into the liiiiiiiiiiiiight, Lara! COME INTO THE LIIIIIIIIGHT!!!!!"* * A quote from the movie Poltregiest where the main character is being coaxed into going towards a blinding white light
  7. Finished Angkor Wat! ....aaaand I forgot to take a pic of my stats. I took around 15 minutes, got all pick-ups and secrets, and used no medi-packs (why would you on the first level???) To spice things up a bit (and to keep me from falling asleep from playing this for the third time in about a year) I'm going to take lots of pics of the level and analyze them, usually with comments laced with sarcasm. ANGKOR WAT a.ka: Why the bloody *boop* is this windbag telling me how to grab a ledge?! Oh dear...however will Lara accomplish her travels with only one leg? Werner just stares at her stump. Such a caring and compasionate tutor he is. I wanted a pretty swandive shot but noooo! I always manage to snap them juuust after Lara gets done with her "I'm flyiiing!" swandive pose. Grrr. Also, I was underwater for a good minute and a half and Werner didn't come in and rescue me. I could've been dead for god's sake! Mommy and daddy Croft will get an earful of THIS adventure! Hmph! Ooh, look Lara! A flying rotten arm! By all means go fetch it, since you jump at the chance the collect gold-plated heads! Sicko. Werner, you lazy old fart. Look at what you've gone and made me do. I've gone and broken my neck, ending my life at sweet sixteen in some godforsaken tomb, because YOU were too lazy to swing across a small gap and pull a switch! "My weight will set off traps..." my arse. Not only did you risk my life MULTIPLE times in the last level, but now you're challenging me to chase you through trap-laden gardens just so you can gloat when you beat me. When you get eviscerated by some Parisian psychopath in say 25 years, I will dance on your grave, you old windbag!
  8. #1) I play TR on PC(TR1-6), PS2 (TR:L). #2) Tell us about how you came across TR for the first time. My dad played a demo of what I remember to be TRII on PC, I discovered the box for it (no demo ) one day around 2001/02 I guess (TR movie just came out on VHS), did some research, saw the movie, and I was hooked! #3) TR 5 was the first TR game I played. #4) TR 4 was the first TR game I passed. #5) Name your top 3 favorite TR games. TR4, TR3, TR5 #6) Which TR game was your least favorite? Why? TR:AoD; it was (is, not done yet) really boring. #7) TR 5 was the easiest for me becasue I don't know, it was super easy the second time around (VCI was still a pain). #8) TR 3 was a challenge for me becasue London, Antarctica. #9) How often did you have to use a walkthrough/stratedgy guide? Usually once per level on my first run through; even more frequently if I'm replaying for secrets. #10) Were you always on the hunt and look out for the TR secrets? I always try to find them all on my 2nd play through. #11) Pierre or Larson Pierre...you litter bug #12) TR 5 (Ireland) was the creepiest and often made me jump. #13) Which TR game was the one that you enjoyed playing the most? Why? TR4, because it was actually pretty easy and fun to finally play a TR game all the way through #14) The hardest level in TR1 was Palace Midas because "Lara be nimble, Lara be quick, Lara get incenerated 100 times over the massive candlesticks!" #15) The hardest level in TR2 was Opera House because Large and confuzing, guy gunning down Lara from land while she swam at the begining. #16) The hardest level in TR3 was London because Everyone who's played those awful levels knows why.... #17) The hardest level in TR4 The Last Revelation was Levels around City of the Dead because Lara's life was constantly in danger; when it wasn't, you were completely lost. #18) The hardest level in TR5 Chronicles was Red Alert because glitches required you to play huge chunks all in one go. #19) The hardest level in TR6 The Angel of Darkness was Brother Obscura because He didn't stay stunned near long enough for AoD Lara to waddle over to the painting in time. #20) The hardest level in TR7 Legend was Kasakhstan because it was really long and constantly difficult. #1) In your opinion, which of the following artifacts had the best storyline. A) Scion (TR I) B)Dagger Of Xian (TR II) C) Excalibur (TR: Legend) #2) Who is your favorite TR villain ? Why? Amanda Evert is my favorite Tomb Raider villain because she has a prior history with Lara. It would be great if she became the "Mr.Claw" of the series. #3) Save Crystals or Unlimited Saves? Unlimited saves all the way. #4) When finding a TR secret, what is it that you like to find the most? A) Goodies (Medi-Packs, Ammo, Flares) Stone, Jade and Gold Dragons C) Roses D) Bronze, Silver, and Gold Rewards #5) Name the top 3 boss (TR I - TR: Legend) battles that you remember having the most trouble with. All the ones I've battled so far are easy! (Willard and Boaz sound like a pain, though!) #6) What Tomb Raider movie did you enjoy watching the most? Why? TR:CoL because it had far more of a Tomb Raider'y plot to it (Only one tomb in the first movie? COME ON.) #7) PLS (Personal Light Source) or Flares? Flares. A blinding 21st century light kills the mood of an old crumbling tomb. #8) Did you like Lara’s new gadget the Magnetic Grapple in TR: Legend? If your answer is “No” let us know why you didn’t like it. No, I didn't like it, since I feel that CD could have come up with more creative ways to pass long gaps, move objects and such #9) If you found every secret in TR III your reward at the end was “All Hallows” Did you ever get to play it? If yes, was this bonus level a challenge for you? I've heard about that level. It seems like it would be a major disapointment. The only reason I would go after all of TR III's secrets are for the "completion" feeling #10) What were your thoughts when young Lara Croft was first introduced in TR: The Last Revelation (1999)? Was there anything in particular that you liked or didn’t like about young Lara? "Just shut up already, you old windbag! This is the fourth game in the series! Why are you telling Lara how to jump?! Do you think she's stupid?!" In other words, I hated the whole idea. That was fun. #11) Did you like Lara’s hairstyle in TR I? Considering that it was their only choice at the time, I didn't mind. There's no reason to revisit it now, though. #12) In TR II what did you like driving the most? N/A (only watched TRII being played, I want to play it myself some day) A) Speedboat in Venice B)Snowmobile in Tibet #13) In TR: Chronicles, Lara wore some new outfits, which outfit did you like the most? A) Arctic Camo (Russian sub base levels) B)Extreme Depth Suit (Swimming in icy waters) #14) Did you ever play the TR Gold games? If yes, choose the one that you liked playing the most? Why? N/A (played Times but didn't like it) A) Shadow Of The Cat & Unfinished Business Golden Mask C) The Lost Artifact D) Times Exclusive Bonus Level #15) My favorite level in TR I (1996) was Caves because it was the first level of TR that I saw played all the way through. #16) My favorite level in TR II (Starring Lara Croft-1997) was Venice because It was fun (to watch, at least. #17) My favorite level in TR III (Adventures of Lara Croft-1998) was Temple Ruins because It, in my opinion, is what a TR level should be. You have this "on edge" feeling constantly, and you feel completely isolated. #18) My favorite level in TR: The Last Revelation (1999) was the Karnak levels because It was like a mini-tomb raider adventure in itself. #19) My favorite level in TR: Chronicles (2000) was Streets of Rome because It's the only level in the entire game that really felt like it lived up to the 'tomb raider' standards, at least to me. #20) My favorite level in TR: The Angel Of Darkness (2003) was Tomb of Ancients/Hall of Seasons because These levels were very pretty and atmospheric. It showed that AoD could pull off wonderful tombs; too bad it was only two levels. #21) My favorite level in TR: Legend (2006) was England because Unlike the rest of the game, you were almost constantly isolated (Zip and Alister actually shut up for the most part for once) and you weren't in an epic uber-cinematic battle every other room.
  9. WOW, everywhere except the U.S is gonna have to shell out some serious cash for TR:A! PS2 UK- $70.59 (More than twice as expensive than the PS2 US version!!!) Austrailia - $52.46 PC UK - $52.82 Austrailia - $50.84 !!! Sorry for all the british/Austrailian Tomb Raider fans!!! I couldn't even fathom paying over seventy dollars for a single video game!
  10. Happy April Fools day everyone. Or at least, I'm assuming this is a joke. I tried googling it and I couldn't find it. And then I wanted to kick myself. :S
  11. They confirmed a long time ago that there would be no playable vehicle sections. They better keep in the motorbike chase scene after Egypt or Anyway, back on topic: I think Natla looks a little too "monster-y" for the very beggining of the game. IMO, she should've looked like a dead-serious buisness woman at first and actually start to change her appearence until the final showdown. Larson, however, looks like a train wreck! He seems really cartooney. I still <3 the cutscene, though! In the Peru opening cutscene, does anyone that speaks Spanish know what the guide yells at her after the ladder breaks ?
  12. WOW I take back everything I said in the Egypt footage thread! I guess the Egypt level will just suck or something. LOL (never liked Egypt in the original anyway...) Anyway, I have NO complaints. Well, one measly one is that the bats are too big and too loud. They should also attack in flocks. :I But besides that: Edit: The second footage's level is Tomb of Qualopec and is lookin' good! Btw, anyone notice the music from TR5(?) as the door was opening in the second vid?!?! Edit2: Lara holds her breath underwater for exactly thirty seconds. I can for about that long... It used to be, like, a minute!
  13. Ok, so I'll go ahead and shoot my idea for the next TR RPG's plot: When Egypt itself was young, there was a society of philosephers that the Pharoah trusted very much. Some think they were an ancient faction of the Druids, however some people prefer to think of them as ancient scientists. In some texts they've been described as bloodthirsty hellions. Everyone, for thousands of years, has had a different story. The only thread of the ancient story that holds any trace of truth is that the entire faction was snuffed out suddenly; with no reason. This, of course, breeded more rumours. Did an opposing force murder them as an act of war? Did the Pharoah's men murder them just because the changing times found no use for them? Or did they all know a dark secret? Like all good Egyptian tales, this one starts in a swealtering and dark tomb. This is... THE PHILOSOPHER'S CRYPT* Phew, I feel like that deep voiced guy in the movie trailers! *: I know the story mentions the people as being plural, but "Philosophers' Crypt" doesn't roll off the tongue very well.
  14. Great vid. (needs sound, though) Except: [*]The (I assume) beginning of the level (collapsing the pillar) part looks waaay easy [*]Lara blasting the button thing to eject the poles. So generic of an action game... [*]Looks easy... And I'm partial to: [*]Switches [*]Wall run (It looks like they just redid the concept of ropes, but made it so Lara looks cooler doing it) [*]The panther just...stood there for a second. ****: Whoops, I forgot to mention what exactly I didn't like about the switches. Her hopping on them after pulling them was cool. However, the thing that bothers me is that they are silent and move smoothly. Good in any situation besides a thousand year old tomb. I'd like them to be like the originals, where you could hear the gears grinding behind the wall. The vid makes it look like the maid just came in and oiled the gears!
  15. I would like it better if we used a completely original story. With the TR1 RPG, it seemed to take only a few things from the original, and we just filled in the rest with completely original stuff. That's part of the reason I leaft it after a while. Also, I always thought TR2's plot was a bore-fest. If no one else can think of something, I could easily whip out a plot really quick. It would be an excuse to streatch my creative legs.
  16. All is well now, so no need for a savegame. The savegame must have been corrupted, since I jumped to another platform, saved, loaded, and the glitch had gone away. Just to be on the safe side, I wouldn't recomend that any of you save directly after the timed run in Level 3, but rather after crossing the monkey bars. Have fun, everyone!
  17. I have to ask for help in my own thread. How emberassing. Anyway, if any of you have gotten so far, could you provide a savegame shortly after You complete the timed run and turn off the electrified skulls in Level Three, "Maria's Cryptic Darkness"? I seemed to have encountered a bug where the camera view gets stuck in an angle that makes the level unplayable. Thanks in advance for the help!
  18. I was snooping around www.trle.net for "Castle" themed levels that I could play on a dreary day like yesterday. From my search, I found a game from the user "TombRaiderFan" called 'The Lost Soul of Maria'. It's a very professional, and at many points, terrifying adventure for you and Lara. The story is about a young girl named Maria Dashul, who recently dissapeared under strange cercumstances. From the readme (and the intro of the game): A disturbing news headline indicates that an eight-year-old girl has suddenly gone missing. Her parents are worried sick and are wondering where their little girl has gone. They appeal to the public for help. The news spreads quickly and comes to Lara's Home. Lara decides to offer her assistance and goes in search of Maria, the lost girl. Lara sets off and visits the Dashul (Maria Dashul) household to get some answers. No one knows of Maria's whereabouts. Her worried parents fear the worst. During her journey to the Dashul residence, Lara starts to get severe head and chest pains, and she crashes her jeep into a gate at the side of the road. Her body smashes through the windscreen and lands on the gravel. After regaining consciousness, Lara looks around in disbelief. She stands in front of some castle gardens filled with hatred. There is no one around. No sounds. No atmosphere. No nothing. The only sound she can hear is the cry of wolves and laughter. Lara decides that the only way to survive is to look for Maria, the lost girl. Lara visits an oracle. The oracle tells Lara that the only way to save Maria, is to enter her dreams and bring back her soul... ----------------- Screenshots ----------------- The Lost Soul of Maria is ten (later ones are very short) levels that will keep you just barely on the edge of your senses the whole time. Go download it! You've got to try it! The Lost Soul of Maria (type in the level name to find it)
  19. (For some reason, LCO only gave you part of my post when I originally posted this) I was messing around with the files of TR4 today, and I found something peculiar that led to this screenshot! It was a word document that I had never seen in another TR game. Actually, AoD is the only one that had something like this. Like the AoD text file found on the PC, the TR4 Text file as I call it, had lots of code and some interesting things. Around the middle of the (loooong) document, I discovered a list of typical TR4 moves. Sprint, Run, Holster, etc. However, between "Crawl" and "Climb", there was a move called "Scale". I had never heard of this before, so I was intrigued. Near the move's names, the keyboard combos were shown. "Scale"'s keyboard commands was .+Shift+forward, or crawl, action, and move forward. Extremely interested, I ran TR4 and started a new game. Activating the fly cheat to access normally hard or impossible to reach areas (I assumed they would hide areas that involved this hidden move), I started Angkor Wat. It taught all the moves, so I guessed it would have at least one example of "Scale". It did! And more! So I approched a roof in mid air and did the appropriate button combonation. Immediately, Lara took the climbing stance. However, it looked a little different than her climbing a ladder. She reached at angles and could climb at angles, too (as shown). When she was done climbing, she pulled up to a square that wasn't textured. For some reason, this triggered a flyby sequence. Or rather, it would have if the game didn't know that I wasn't supposed to be seeing what I was. Eidos must have told the game to refuse access to the flyby, so the screen went black and the game shut itself off. How odd! Intersing, though. Try for yourself! Note: This probably won't work on PS, since you would need the PC fly cheat...
  20. LOL< I turned it on the "Hitz" channel and the first thing I heard was "My milkshakes bring all the boys to the yaaard!" Never expected to hear THAT on LCO! ...and then an obscene rap song started playing so I changed the channel.
  21. My new India stats as of today. I was bored and really wanted to play some Tomb Raider, so I decided that I'd play the first level of India. It was easier than I remember...especially the part at the end with the water raising. All secrets and no medi-packs, I'm so proud. Too bad I accidentally shot and killed an innocent monkey, though.
  22. What do you reccomend for avoiding them? I was toying with the idea of running to a switch, pulling it, and backflipping until I get to the other side of the room so I'm almost constantly higher than the flame balls, but I'm afraid that Lara wouldn't clear the abyss with a simple backflip.
  23. I'm near the end of Hall of Seasons (or atleast its challenge rooms), but the final challenge has gotten me perplexed. I managed to jump the crumbling floor fine, it was even fun to do! The problem started when the floor reconstructed and I got the Earth crystal. I'm apparently supposed to pull two switches on opposite walls to open the massive door I came in from. However, the game's thrown in some rather annoying skeletons to hinder Lara's switch-pulling adventures. I've tried knocking the skeletons into the swirling abyss, paralyzing them, and trying to 'bait' them into the hole by making Lara stand under the waterfall and blasting them back into the hole when they're in the right spot. Nothing has worked. :/ What did you all do to get passed them? Nothing has worked for me. (Some sites say that dangling Lara over the abyss will lure the skeletons over and they will fall in trying to get you, but the sites also say this almost never works.) EDIT: Yikes! Wrong forum! Someone kindly move this to "Tomb Raider Legacy" please. Thanks. -Your in the right place, no need to move this thread.- Blade
  24. Thanks, but I think in most cases with her savegames, they are at the begening of the level. If she has some that don't, she specifies in the walkthrough (which she didn't in the Old Mill) or does each savegame download come with multiple savegames from the level to use at your leisure? Sorry, it's been a while since I had to download a savegame.
  25. I think I've bitten off a little more than I can chew in the Old Mill level of Tomb raider Chronicles. I jumped over to the slope jumping section that rewards you with a medipack if you complete it. The thing is, edven if I ever do accomplish this, i would have already used up the aformentioned medipack and all my work would be in vain. Can someone please give me a savegame after you complete that section? I absolutely can not do it.
