Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4881806/ It was okay but not great. Some parts of it felt recycled. A couple of the supporting characters were very poorly written and very annoying. The trailers themselves were also a bit misleading. Personally, I think they should had stopped after the 2nd film, the last time a Jurassic Park franchise film was actually directed by Steven Spielberg. But you know Hollywood: as long as people will pay to see it, they will keep cranking them out no matter how banale and absurd and repetitive each new entry becomes. So of course there will be a sequel. It's already has a release date scheduled: June 11th, 2021. Both Pratt and Howard will reprise their roles. 2.5/5

We re-watched Salt for the 3rd time the other day. So is Salt a Russian sleeper agent or not? You have all those flashback scenes showing kids being trained to become sleeper agents and the scene where the Russian guy told Salt, when she was still a kid right before she was put into an American foster home: this is the last time you will see me. When you grow up you will go to Princeton and work for the CIA. So she grew up, got a job as an agent at the CIA, and had a change of heart? She faked the assassination of the Russian President and she killed all the other Russian sleeper agents on the docked ship, after they murdered her husband in front of her by drowning him. I don't think her husband dying is what turned her to become good because the fake assassination of the Russian President was before her husband dying. Then after that she tried to save the U.S. President and she stopped her boss at the CIA, who was also another Russian sleeper agent, from launching nuclear missiles. I also don't think she was turned by the CIA as an agent and was a double agent because the way the CIA was chasing her, they were truly convinced she was a Russian agent who infiltrate the CIA and they didn't know she was actually one of the good guys. I guess what I am asking is when did she become a good guy or has she always been a good guy even when she was being trained as a Russian sleeper agent?

Almost every day including a Saturday and a Sunday for 2 weeks now, I get a call between 5 pm to 7 pm from a phone # that has the same area code as my phone # and the same first 2 numbers of the exchange number as the one in my phone #. I know these annoying do no good scamming lying robocallers and telemarketers have technology that can make any number show up on your caller ID, including your own phone # which they have done so many times before, in the hope that someone sees their own phone # or a phone # similar to their own on the caller ID, they will answer without thinking. I don't answer any phone calls that do not show up on my caller ID as a name or business that's already saved in my contact list. If they have something really important and legitimate to talk to me about, they will either leave a voice mail and call back or not leave a voice mail but call back again and next time, leave a voice mail. The # is a different # each time and I have blocked it each time after first doing a GOOGLE search or BING search on it to see if anyone has received a call from the same # and then reported it online on many available websites to identify it as a telemarketer or as a legitimate business.

This was originally a project in 2011 by director Clint Eastwood with Beyonce in the lead female role but she got pregnant so Eastwood dropped out in 2015 when the movie languished in development hell. Lady Gaga replaced Beyonce which is definitely a good thing. At one time Tom Cruise and Johnny Depp were in talks to take the lead male role which is not a good thing, thank God they didn't get cast. May be an academy awards nominee comes next February?

Not only there aren't enough movies about World War 1, there are even less good movies about World War 1. This is one of the few good ones I've seen. 5/5

Considering how many crappy movies is Hollywood either rebooting or remaking or giving unnecessary sequels to that only end up becoming box office flops, there has been some movies or movies series that should have had a sequel but there hasn't been any especially considering that most of the following movies did make money. True Lies - a sequel has been rumoured but still not confirmed Salt Avatar series - several sequels are in the works but it's taking a long time, according to IMDB the first of 4 Avatar sequels won't be until 2020 which means it will be 11 years since the first film came out. Just finished the entire TV mini-series Picnic At Hanging Rock (2018) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6038954/ Beautiful!! Stunning!! Breathtaking!! Mysterious!! Suspenseful!! Thrilling!! 10/10 !! Don't mind the idiots who are giving this a bad review on IMDB and other websites saying they gave up after the 1st or 2nd episode because it was boring to them or they couldn't get into it or that they didn't understand it. Their not liking it is their own fault for not sticking with it until the end. The only one complaint I have is if you Google Search for Picnic At Hanging Rock, you will find many articles online identifying it as Amazon or Amazon's Picnic At Hanging Rock. It's NOT Amazon's!! This series, just like the 1967 book it's based on and the 1975 film before it, is Australian, made by FoxTel and Screen Victoria and Film Australia in cooperation with the Australian Government and the owners of Hanging Rock, filmed on location at the real Hanging Rock. Quite a majority of the actresses and actors in it are Australian born, many of them either still residents there or living abroad. Amazon is only responsible for streaming it online to make it available to the U.S. market ONLY.
