well, raw fish...it's actually really nice - although I don't think it would taste half as good without the Teryaki sauce - everyone should try it at least once. I don't think I could actually eat raw meat, specially red meat, like Steak Tartare uuugh! sorry to all you veggies out there!

I think that's where i'm at too - although I'm having trouble getting out of the cistern bit - my floating raft seems to be in the wrong location - need to go and work it out again - d'oh! haven't had a minute to play - been working full time for 2 weeks (lco online blocked at the school - grrrrrr) - so just keep playing when i have an hour to spare.

thx for your help guys - glad to say my monitor is fine - had a problem with my display adapter apparently - it vanished - lol! I can't complain really, my pc is very old - I should treat myself to a more high spec machine soon, but while it's running ok, i'll keep plodding along.

Hi ppl I've got a problem with my pc monitor - when the pc boots up, the windows logo comes on and then..............darkness! the monitor just goes really dark - you can just make out certain icons on the desktop if you look really hard - so, I've a feeling my monitor may simply be ready for the knackers yard as the pc tower boots up ok and everything is still there, you just can't see it. I've tried a couple of things already:- unplugging the monitor completely and re-connecting fiddling with the menu buttons on the actual monitor - brightness, contrast etc. to no avail. Any ideas anyone? thanks

OMG!! At last, I've finished the Damocles hellroom and i'm out of St Francis Folly!! I would have gone insane if I had to spend another minute trying to wall run to that ledge - lucky for me, Becky came in and said 'let me have a try, and of course, made it to the column first time! so then I went to grab the handhold and.......fell off! hehehe - Becky said 'well, I don't think I'll do it again' 'please try' I pleaded - got to the point again, and, no, it was obviously a fluke! aaaagh, 2 hours later, Becky strolled back in again, 'oh, let's have another go' - yup, she did it again and I was very, very careful (to the point of being ridiculous, it's a game for god's sake!) and finally made it out! so, thanks Becky, couldn't have done it without you (note to self, find Becky at wall-running points in the game!)

lol! loving your work Shrensh! I'm still stuck in the bloody Damocles room atm - i've noticed when Lara falls onto the swords, there's no blood, she just kind of 'floats' on top of them - not very impressive but i'm probably just being picky cos i'm sick to death of being stuck in here!!

I'm still in St Francis Folly! just haven't had the time to play at all lately - I'm usually the last to finish though - can't even catch up tonight as I'm off to see Starlight Express! there's not enough hours in the day - lol!

I'm in St Francis Folly (not very far in, just climbed up the pillars to the ledge) now I know i have to wall-walk to the next ledge - I've got the hang of actually grappling the ring ok, I edge Lara up a little - then...........what direction do I need to go in (PS2)? lol, i know this is ridiculous, but she just won't go where I want her to...I just want to get on the godamn ledge, please help.... ta very much

personally, i hate it! I honestly don't even know if I was doing it right in the Lost Valley - I only know it took forever for the T-Rex to go down - I'm probably doing it wrong - I thought you jumped when the screen goes blurry - I did this a few times - but I didn't really understand the 'headshot' thing, as the head came up as a target anyhow - I dunno, but any tips would be most welcome.

just about to enter St Francis Folly! aaaagh! really enjoying the game, taking my time (as usual) and being totally crap at it (as usual) but loving it, and that's the whole point eh? actually, i'm not doing too bad - I have 9 small medipacks - that's pretty good going methinks! oh bugger, is that a lion...................

are you on pc or ps2? I didn't check round that side of the temple - but it could be a bug, i suppose can u reload your game from where you are?

ok, thx guys and. how do i check my stats? cos, i tried pressing select and all it shows is the journal, is it me being thick or what?

ok, I know that the gameplay is totally different in TRA as in Legend, which is great, I love the graphics and the more 'realistic approach' BUT, I really need big guns when i go in there, and I miss not being able to cheat with the 'weapon cheat' as i've used in all the games (am not ashamed to admit that) - for example, the T-Rex fight in the original game is a walk in the park compared to this one - I don't wanna spend half an hour trying to kill a godamn prehistoric monster when i could be exploring tombs - i always used the cheat in the original and the T-Rex died after a couple of gunshots - now you have to run around like a complete maniac trying to do the adreniline dodge (phhhh) it just makes the gameplay slightly frustrating imo and I just want to move on - please give me a cheat so I can - lol!

Has anyone else noticed this! I'm only a the Lost Valley (bless me) and I noticed, just after killing the bear and climbing the wooden ledges - I accidentally died (ie falling off the ledge) after taking the artifact - so, I reloaded my game, did exaclty the same thing, and when I got to the ledge with the artifact, nothing there, just a pile of bones.......are they taking the P**s or what? the chimes went and everything as if i'd found the secret, but nothing, i was pretty miffed..

i've just managed to kill the T-Rex!!! omg, finally - it took me like 2 hours, i got so tired and my fingers were nearly bleeding - I've got repetitive strain injury (again, lol) and I really did not get the hang of the adrenaline dodge at all! I tried but it was useless so i used up all my ammo and medipacks but I got there in the end.....hurrah!

to get it? Just making sure. lol! no, it would be just like me! I carried on practising - thanks for all your tips guys - i'm still a bit crap at it and it takes some getting used to !

bloody wall-walking - omg, i'm getting so stressed out thought i'd have a practice in the gym - i've got as close to the wall as i can on the ledge turned to face, press X and then square to grapple the ring - absolutely nothing happens! I've actually killed Lara twice now in her own gym for god's sake - she just jumps and nothing else -please help! oh, i'm on PS2 btw thankyou

Great screenshots guys - love the bear comment Shrensh - I just started playing last night and that's exactly where i'm up to - hehehe - run up the stairs nah nah - stoopid bear! the first bear ran down a set of stairs and frightened the hell outta me (extra bear in TRA!!) so I don't understand why this one has a problem, must have a phobia or something
