About Dreamfall: Yeah, that's gotta be a record for getting back to a game. I was stuck at the troll cave, and while I was fighting through that, my computer kept crashing. I'm talking blue screen in Win XP. I got an upgraded desktop computer beginning of this month, and finished Dreamfall in a couple of days! I loved it, but now I'm dying for them to come out with those chapters they promised last spring. I want to know what happens! It was a bit sad, not to give anything away to anyone who hasn't played yet. Halflife: I have HL2 Ep 1 installed as well. I got a gift subscription to HL2 & Ep1 from my husband. He bought the Orange Box, and already owned those stand-alone games, so they gave him online Steam coupons for me! Halo Halo's awesome, besides the cheap price I got it for since it's considered 'outdated' by some, lol. I find it hard to stop playing, no matter how late it gets!

Just finished Dreamfall (don't have a heart attack, jedicri). Finally got a system nice enough that it didn't crash constantly. It was amazing! I'd highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. Now playing: Halflife 2 and Halo (on PC, the first one -- kinda catching up)

I absolutely loved I am Legend. I was thinking over parts of the movie days later! I just ordered the book from the library.

Thanks, TR252! We didn't get to go yet, because everyone was too busy, lol. We'll probably just see National Treasure now, and wait for the Golden Compass to come out on DVD. I just finished the Golden Compass book, which is why I was interested. But movies based on books aren't always good. I didn't see it, but my daughter said her friends didn't like it. Considering the fact that they're teenagers, and said it's pretty gory, I think I'll pass.

I know what you mean. How do they expect everyone to bother paying such high prices when you can wait 3 months and see it for under $5? We're probably going this weekend, but only because the kids got gift cards from their aunt for Christmas. That means I only have to pay for 2 tickets, but still! We buy our snacks and bring 'em...the prices on movie snacks is like highway robbery. We only get the popcorn...for the experience, yeah that's it! I'm torn between seeing Nat'l Treasure this weekend and The Golden Compass. Any suggestions???

OH, I'm with you, definitely!! I can't wait to see it. Might have an interesting actor or two in it. I agree with Legend -- might even give it a 5 out of 5! It was intense, scary, and had some nice family/friends moments in it. I'm going to see Nat'l Treasure soon, hopefully. I've heard some people on here and offline say it stunk, but then 2 people I know just told be they loved it. So, If I get a chance this weekend, I'll see it.

Stella's walkthrough says: "ALLEY WITH ELECTRICAL BOX: Run to the right to the third window—i.e., the one nearest the wrought iron fence blocking the way. Grab the window, jump up to grab the narrow ledge above and traverse to the right over the fence. Drop down on the other side. Press Up on the control pad to use the lever on the electric box. This turns on the power in the museum and also electrifies the puddle of water on the other side of the fence. Go to the right, climb the drainpipe and jump to grab the narrow ledge to the left. Traverse to the left above the fence. Drop down to grab the top of the window but don't drop down again. Lara will be electrocuted if she lands in the puddle. Instead climb to the left and jump to grab the next window. Jump to the third window and from there, jump to the ground to the left of the puddle. Run through the building to the sword-shaped switch. With the power on, it works. Use it to open the door on the back wall and press Up on the control pad to go through to the first CHECKPOINT." So, once you turn the power on by using the lever on the electric box, you'll be able to use the sword switch. That would make me so mad, Cliffy. Glad you weren't seriously injured...hope you feel better soon! Did you get the name of the person you spoke to when you were asking for the light? Then, you could maybe say that you spoke with so & so, and approx. what month/year it was, and the light was denied. They'd be in trouble for denying the light, not putting one in, then trying to cover it up by saying it's not their fault since there is no light! Seriously, sometimes people can be so stupid. Well, I've finally gotten Vista! I just got a new laptop yesterday as an early Christmas present, and it had Vista packaged with it. It seems to work well with the antivirus software they installed for me -- Trend Micro. I've always used AVG, but the tech didn't recommend it, and the Trend Micro was included with some other software, so I figured, why not? I love the way Vista works. I've done everything from going on here (obviously) to watching DVD's, etc. It runs smoothly and it's easy to get around. My old laptop wouldn't run it, so I just had to get a new one. I'm looking to get it for my desktop next.

Good to hear you're back safely, AngelR! Lol about the camera -- I'm the same way sometimes. It's great having the camera on the phone, though -- comes in handy. Glad you had a good time.

Sorry to hear about your fall, Shrensh. I agree, you should sue! Not sure what the laws are in the UK, but here in the US there's something called 'pain and suffering'. While there's people that go overboard on this, I think you deserve some compensation for the pain you're in and their carelessness. In the truck or not, they should have put the fence around it or had someone standing there. I hope you feel better soon. {{Hugs}}
