Fable 2. I got the Limited Edition. I haven't gotten too far yet.

Nice to know that you've completed the game! My brother just finished it last night and I've yet to start it myself. Like you, he did enjoy the gameplay far more than the first entry so I'm sure I wil too. (Now if I cold just wrestle myself away from The Force Unleashed --- second run through )

My anticipation of The Force Unleashed made me overlook the same day release of Crysis: Warhead. So for those FPS lovers in here who have Steam, it may be bought from there or you may purchase a hard copy of course. Players will don the Nanosuit of Sergeant Sykes, also known as ‘Psycho’, one of the most memorable characters from Crysis. Based on some reviews I've read, the game has been fully optimized, the game engine tweaked. Adapt. Engage. Dominate! Managed to get myself a copy the day before the release date! Gonna give this game a whirl and quite frankly, I don't care what reviews this game will get since I really enjoyed the demo. Later...!

The fact that you need Lara to stay alive in order to complete the game, I'll keep her health on high and the enemies' on low. Reticules will be on and as for the other options, I'll have to wait and see. I know for a fact that I do love exploring and surveying the land, terrain and landscape. Player Tailoring..... I like this game already.....

Just to clarify Re: the 80gig PS3: The NEW 80GB PS3's do not have PS2 backwards compatibility, they only have 2 USB ports, and they don't have a memory card slot. The OLD 80GB PS3's (such as the one in the MGS4 bundle and the prior Motorstorm bundle) have software PS2 backwards compatibilty (70% - 80%), 4 USB ports, and a memory card slot. I'm sorry but I don't have specific SKUs on the respective 80gig PS3s noted above.

I purchased one of the first 80 gig models last year when it was being packaged with Motorstorm and it is partially backwards compatible only with certain games. However, the latest 80 gig model is not backward compatible.

Wow! This demo delivers a bit of what the title literally entails --- unleashing the Force to its maximum potential. I had a blast, albeit a short one, playing the demo. One of my favourite moves is channeling Force lightning through to the lightsaber for extra damage to the enemy. Now I cannot wait for September 16! (I'll get more into Underworld as the release date draws closer but not until then.)

Lucasarts always had a tradition of great storytelling when they developed games in-house back in the day. Let's hope this tradition is carried on in their latest endeavor.

Wow! Very dramatic!

You need to obtain certain ingredients (garlic is one , a certain flower too) to offset your turning permanently into a vampire. I don't remember exactly what these were and the exact amount you have to obtain as it's been a couple years or so. I'll have to check... Unfortunately for me, I was too late and my transformation was complete. My character kept burning during the day and townspeople were turned off or scared by my mere presence. Getting information was rather difficult. Needless to say, I had to operate at night.

I rented the 360 version of SC IV (wanted to play as Yoda ). I'm going through the story mode for each character (i've already unlocked some characters) and have yet to try out the other bonus features. Good news MsC --- Talim is in the game!

I unfortunately was terribly disappointed with AoD (a game that is no longer part of my gaming library) but that didn't stop me from purchasing, playing and enjoying both Legend and Anniversary. I'll have to admit that both games are short compared to games of old where gameplay far exceeded 20 hours (thank God for RPGs and Adventure games!); the fact of the matter is that games nowadays are notoriously too short. Let's hope that there is a fair amount of replayability (Achievements) where consoles are concerned --- can't say much though for the PC version. As an aside: yes games are short but some developers are incorporating non-linearity into their games so no one gameplay will be identical from another gamer's --- thus the game's outcome will be different: different and multiple endings in other words. I know this has been done before but replayability seems to be the key here. A good example is the new Prince of Persia game if anyone has not watched the developer's interviews over at Gametrailers.com.

I usaually don't respond to such rantings but this absolutely does not make sense..... If your main concern is the graphics, and yes, Underworld will look like crap (relatively speaking of course) on the PS2 (sorry but I'm spoiled silly on HD graphics on my 360, PS3 and PC already), either get a PS3 or a PC gaming rig.

A lot of twists and turns ---- I'm not even sure I know what's going on at games end but this sure is one heck of a game. I'll also need a refresher. I give it a 10/10 as well.

I'm on to Act 4 and btw, the start of it is a classic! Brilliant! Incidentally, one needn't kill the bosses; once they're deprived of their armour, simply shoot them using your anesthetic pistol to lower their psyche and they'll fall asleep. By not killing them , you get to acquire their respective Face Camo which you can equip under Camouflage.

Oh! Oh.... I've just watched one of the best cutscenes (if not, the best, if there are others to come) that involved Raiden and his fight against the Geckos (sp?) and against Vamp! . Wow! Purple, if and when your boyfirned reaches this particular cutscene, you have got to watch it! and I know you'll enjoy it too Ms.Croft! I love the character development in this game. You really get to empathize for them (... well, for the protagonists anyway). I'm now on to Act 3 which I'll start tomorrow.

Yes, installing the next Act after the end of the first is new to me. The only positive thing as you mentioned is the opportunity to rest your eyes. And with regards to Mk 2, I also haven't found much use for it. If anything I pick up ammo from fallen AIs/enemies. I also like the fact that you can actually pause the cutscenes in case you're interrupted for some reason or other. For the next Act, I'm going more stealth as I've finally equipped my assault rifle with a silencer.
