This is excellent news and he is still young, only 39!! Brosnan's last 2 bond films were terrible and I was getting tired of his off screen antics and whining and criticism of the Bond Filmmakers who made him an international superstar; so much for appreciation and so much for him fighting for the role since 1985 - then when he finally gets it, not only he doesn't appreciates it, he wants to whine about it!!

none of my employees at the new store are trainee anymore; they've been with me for 11 months minimum and a few 3 to 7 years. there is a reason why I gave each and every employee their own cubicle with a phone and a computer so they can get the work done more efficiently without having to run back and forth between computer terminals and telephone. so when that phone rings and it's not picked up after the 3rd ring, they have to assume the people at the customer service counter are busy and I expect it to be answered at the 4th ring.

yeah AJ, I know what you mean. I was in the Staff area of one of my stores today and the phone rang and there was 4 employees back there and 1 Manager and they just kept chatting away or surfing the internet or eating their lunches. I finally look up and said, "Sara, answer the phone please!!"
