Yeah, Fraps can record sound with the clip. If you open Fraps and go to the Movies tab, there's an option there for "Record Sound". Make sure that is ticked.

Larson didn't have a surname until the Anniversary Edition... I had always assumed that Larson was his surname too Thanks Chase, I had missed the bit about Winston being in the Anniversary game. Shows how much attention I have been paying too... especially since I have the Anniversary page on my watchlist at Wikipedia

I don't think that Fraps can record only sound. You'd probably have to record a video clip and then use another programme to get the sound from that.

Just finished Tomb of Qualopec. My stats: Got all the secrets this time This creepy mummy moves its head to follow Lara around Larson gets pwned An interesting thing to do at the end of this level if you have the PC version is grab the piece of the Scion, and then save the game. When you reload the scion will be back on the pedestal and you can grab it again and have two scions. Then you can save again and reload as many times as you like and end up with a tonne of scions Thanks, glad you like my picture. LoL, well you did get a demo of Legend long before it came out (or was that not true as well?) hence the confusion. If you had posted a link to download the actual demo I would have been somewhat more suspicious because I don't think you would risk getting on the bad side of Eidos's lawyers I actually stopped paying attention to April Fool's day many years ago, which leads to confusion when I come across stories on serious news sites about zombies rising up out of graves and devouring people, and me wondering if reporters suddenly got seriously gullible until I eventually remember to check the date

Nah, it's closer to $60 for the PS version and $35 for the PC version, going by the online prices at Game, HMV and Play.com. US money is worth less than UK money, so stuff there would be cheaper, I guess... I wish it could have been the same for us in South Africa. We had to pay the UK prices in a currency that was worth about 13 South African Rand to 1 British Pound. It made buying anything horribly expensive and meant that piracy was quite rampant. I absolutely love being able to just go out and buy DVDs and games over here when I want to.

I've done the Lost Valley without killing anything once. I didn't manage to get every pickup like that guy did though, and you do need rather a lot of medipacks to do it.

I'm done with the Lost Valley... My stats: I missed one of the secrets I'm far too lazy to go back and get it too... I love sending Lara over the waterfall in this level. I really hope I'll be able to plunge off of it in the Anniversary Edition as well. A pretty view of the Lost Valley

Just finished the Caves myself too... Got all the secrets as well If anyone knows anything about DOSBox I need some advice. I have Tomb Raider 1 installed to run with dgVoodoo, and another version which runs with DOSBox. The DOSBox version runs absolutely perfectly (plus I can play using a CD image instead of having to put my game disc in my physical drive), except at a very low resolution. The dgVoodoo version I can run at a high resolution but I have problems with the keyboard controls, with the game not running at the correct speed, and with the FMVs not displaying correctly. I don't suppose anyone would have any idea how I can change the resolution when playing in DOSBox to be at least 1024x768? I've tried playing around with the dosbox.conf file and changed the line "windowresolution" to 1024x768, but that just changed the window size while the FMVs were playing...

I finished the Lost City of Tinnos and the Meteorite Cavern tonight Lost City of Tinnos stats: Got all the secrets Much stress and gnashing of teeth because those things are stinging me and Lara won't pull her guns out when she is wading in mud I hate those stupid mosquitoes. Worst Tomb Raider enemies ever! . As one does when one is angry. And a bit psychotic. Shot by Doctor Willard: End of game stats: I ended the game with 565 saves. On to Tomb Raider 1 then!

Well I'm most of the way through City of Tinnos, then it's just the Meteorite Cavern to do, so I can start TR1 whenever everyone else is ready. EDIT: I'm done with TR3 now
