Is the error message "Communications with the Wii Remote have been interrupted"? You could try replacing the batteries and see if that helps.

Hello Chrystal, welcome to LCO! I've moved your post here so it'll get more attention and hopefully get you some tips To pick up the shield you should just be able to stand on top of it and press the "interact" button. When you're doing the adrenaline dodge, it's important to make sure you maintain a weapons lock at all times. So keep the target button pressed all the time, or change the combat mode to "advanced toggle" so Lara kill keep the lock by herself. Once the charge starts, keep the weapons lock, but stop shooting until the grey targets appear and turn red. Stella has some tips for beating the centaurs, including an alternate strategy that doesn't use the adrenaline dodge which has worked for some people.

The button combination is circle triangle. Make sure you aren't pressing the button too early or that will make you fail the scene. Or does the button prompt not show up at all even if you don't press anything?

I take it you're playing on the Wii? This is from Stella's Anniversary Walkthrough

I like that they've said that they've overhauled the camera system. Anniversary was a bit awkward at times and you occasionally had to make leaps of faith into thin air and just pray there was a ledge behind Lara for her to grab onto. It caused me a fair bit of stress when it occasionally turned out that there was in fact not a ledge for Lara to grab onto I used a very big and expensive scanner my work which I unfortunately may not have access to any longer after August when we move buildings

SCi owns Eidos, and Eidos owns Crystal Dynamics... or something like that so I think it'd be more up to Eidos and CD than SCi. I don't mind mild swearing, but not too much and not very bad swears. Swearing is fine in a game that suits it, but Tomb Raider wouldn't suit very foul language. So I hope they keep it mostly clean

Those sticky grenades sound like fun I wonder if they will stick to Lara... The sonar system sounds interesting too, although I hope the gadgets don't take over the game too much. Hopefully the spear gun is easier to use than the ones from TR2 and 3. I hated using those things

Whereabouts exactly did you look for the artefacts? One of them should be at the bottom of the pit in the right-hand side passage (looking towards the three gates). That one is near a pole, so it sounds like you got it. The other one is above the room with the wolves. You don't get to it by swinging off the lever though, you need to jump into the alcove from the high pole hanging from the ceiling.

I hope that thing kills Lara in new and exciting ways so I can add to my morbid YouTube gallery I'm guessing we're going to have to drop that spiky chandelier on it... and I'm also guessing that making our way around the room is going to be made much more difficult by those massive tentacles

Your wish is my command It would be better for CD and Eidos to keep just ignoring Lara's age than for another character to take over the role, IMO. I'm rather attached to Lara That's the advantage of having an animated character; you don't have to worry about her ageing.

Yeah, it's really great to see the game developing as CD releases more pictures and information. Now we're getting actual game environments, and you can see how Lara will be interacting with them. Very exciting stuff
