  1. Lara doesn't have an age anymore; she is like James Bond now and she doesn't age Besides, 40 isn't exactly ancient so she isn't ready for an old age home yet
  2. That squid looks scary Looking forward to encountering him

You shouldn't do anything to try and cause the person on the other side of the line pain. They're annoying but they're still people trying to make a living, and oftentimes it's the only work they can get. Just tell them you're not interested and hang up.

They randomly called you and asked security questions? Very strange, I wouldn't answer any of their questions, they might not even be from the phone company. Tell them to get lost
  5. No one knows anything for sure yet. There's speculation that Natla will be in the new game, but it's just people making guesses. We won't know anything until Eidos decide to release the information officially.
  6. By default the target lock control is right-click, so you can use one hand for both the mouse and that. I would not at all recommend trying to use G as the target lock key because it becomes awkward when trying to use the directional keys at the same time. Use right-click rather, or re-map target lock to something else (I re-mapped it to left shift, made space bar crouch/roll, and right-click jump).
  7. Ah yes, I remember you now. Good to see you around again
  8. I added in lions and velociraptors to your poll for you Hmmm... The T-Rex is the boss that gave me the most trouble, because I just couldn't get the adrenaline dodge right. Once I figured that out though, it was the easiest for me. The fat monster was probably the most difficult, but it wasn't too bad. The non-boss enemy that gave me big headaches were those flying mutants in the Great Pyramid where you had to climb up the room with all the platforms. They kept knocking me off the platforms, and Lara kept wanting to aim at the targets on the walls instead of the monsters, all in all it drove me crazy...
  9. I hope it's like the earlier TR games, where it's silent most of the time except for background noise, with the music only occasionally for added atmosphere in certain places.
  10. Awwwwww, she is too cute! *heart melts* I want a little kitten too... Thanks Keir and Tom
  11. Awwwww, kitten kitten kitten kitten kitten! That was very interesting; it's always great to get a glimpse of what's going on behind the scenes
  12. Thanks, I hadn't noticed that the game was on Play.com already. It will be released at the end of this year, but the date they have will change and get pushed back as we get closer to it. It always does... EDIT: HMV is saying 14 November at the moment.
  13. Thanks! Just got back, and we had a great time. We almost didn't make it though because some horrible person had dropped their bicycle on the tracks at one of the stations between Liverpool Street Station and Stansted Airport, and it then got ran over and damaged the train, which caused horrible delays. It took us two and a half hours to do a 45 minute journey! We made it with only minutes to spare, and only because the flight happened to be delayed. Trains are fun
  14. Just to let you all know I'm leaving tonight to go to Dublin for the weekend, and will be returning Sunday evening. I need a holiday badly so I'm really looking forward to it! See you all on Sunday
  15. Yeah, it was an accident by the game. Sometimes there's a way of triggering it that you can use, but in my case I downloaded a savegame from someone else who encountered the bug.
  16. For these we didn't use the flight patch because it was just a glitch in the game. You could use a flight patch to enter inaccessible parts of the games though.
  17. lol most of my problems were caused my me re-mapping the target lock key and then not assigning it a new one. It was such a simple thing I was missing
  18. Those mummies are creepy Great pictures
  19. Less Alister and Zip blabbing over Lara's earpiece is always a good thing and Underworld being longer than Legend is very good news indeed. Yeah, I'm so going to need a hardware upgrade for this game...
  20. Great, I'd like to have a look at your video lol, I've been trying to get the bug to happen myself, but I can't seem to trigger it.
  21. lol, that's a great bug Does it happen every time you load the save? I'd like to see some more pictures! There's a similar bug with the Natla Technologies cut-scene which lets you run around on top of the Natla Technologies building. You can download a copy of the save from Stella's here (at the end of the page) On top of the building Typical, first thing I do is fall into a hole I can't get out of. A random floating office. I can't help myself, I just have to do it... Scrunch! If you miss that platform, you have to reload because Lara just falls and doesn't die.
  22. Welcome back Twingo! I'm getting very excited about Underworld too
  23. Yeah, I'm on PC. I believe the default controls you need for the adrenaline dodge on PC are right mouse button for the target lock, left shift for the roll, and left mouse button to shoot, and then you need the direction keys as well. I've re-mapped the keys to right mouse button for the target lock, space bar for the roll, and the left mouse button I've left to shoot. The combat mode I use is "manual". What you need to do is shoot at the enemy while moving sideways. Keep the target lock key pressed at all times. After a few shots, the enemy will become enraged and charge at Lara. At this point stop shooting, but make sure that Lara maintains a weapons lock on her enemy by holding the target lock key, and keep Lara moving to the side. When some arrows appear on the screen, press the roll button, and Lara will dodge to the side and a target will appear on the enemy. When the target turns red, shoot once. It's important to make sure that Lara has a weapons lock at all times by holding the target lock key (or you can change the combat mode to "advanced toggle", which will make Lara automatically keep a weapons lock, and you won't need to press the target lock key at all). Also, she'll need to be already moving to the side while the enemy is charging, so make sure she has enough room to manoeuvre. Took me frickin ages to figure this stuff out...
